In Game Chat Application

Thanks to Grimnar for suggesting this program to me.
The program goes by the curious name of Curse. Thanks to Woodsy, Billy Funt and Nought for helping out with testing it out.
This program is simple to install and configure. It integrates into World of Warships. It is controlled from a small panel within the game itself. It also has a visual indicator so it is easy to tell whom is speaking when. Overall it is much easier to use than Team speak. It is in Beta test now however it will remain a free service when the testing is complete.
